Modify Select a Plan Payment Options and Wording

Hi Gang,

I'd like the select a plan "Price tag" for lack of a better term, in create listing to read, for example, "$10.00 per month billed annually at $120"

I realize I can simply change duration to "365" and it will read "$120 for 365 days" but I prefer the above approach.

Any ideas?
