Need some Help on my Vantage Theme to add some button

HI, I want to ask, how to add some button "Add an Event now" below to "Add a business now" with similar page to continue on "Add a business now". The term there should be an event since it is an event not a business listings and the payment option is not the same because an event is only for a short-term post.
