Notepad++ can you merge files?

Hi,

I am using Notepad++ with the compare plugin installed which works well and helps alot. Just wondering if anyone knows if this Notepad++ can compare and merge?

I have been copy and pasting which works ok for smaller files, but I really need to have Notepad++ compare and merge the differences between the two files. I am not having any luck with the style css files.
