please advise...can i trust this thing yet?

i invested in appthemes around a year ago, because i needed a business listing software. i've been quite patient in waiting. it took months to even get the software available. now i check in here about once a month to see how things are going...but it appears to me there are still problems.

all i need is a simple business listing theme...something i can start selling NOW...because i've had business owners waiting over a year to GIVE ME THEIR MONEY. could somebody please tell me if i can start promoting this thing. or am i going to make some business owners mad, saying i swindled them out of their money for something that doesn't work?

if this isn't ready to be used yet, could somebody direct me to a simple theme that works? my kids need to eat!
