Problem with Search Box appearance

I have applied customization on Vantage, which can be previewed at: http://ibpmuae.com/ibl/
but suddenly I noticed that in chrome the search box is not appearing properly, i.e. bigger in height and also has strange border on the inner left side of the box.

And even I uploaded the Vantage 1.2 theme again or deleted all the files of the Child Theme. Or even used Vantage 1.2 without cutomizations/child theme, it will still look the same way ?

Any one can suggest solutions to fix this...
