Rating System Needs to be replaced

Hi,

Hope someone can help me:

I have a client who we are building a site with Vantage Theme app right now and they want to replace the rating system with a different one.

Is this possible? Cost for MOD? Referral to someone who can do this for me?

Any help is appreciated.
