    Ribbons / banners on pages

    Hi Everyone,

    I saw another member with neat header ribbons. I don't want to confuse these with the other ribbons that were being discussed, so I'm not quite sure what to call them. Here is his site: http://themodernvocalistdirectory.com/pricing/

    I'm referring to the "Welcome.." "Getting Listed" "Select a plan" etc.

    I asked, but he doesn't know how it was done. Does anyone know?
