Search Bar Text to be more like Classipress......

Can someone tell me the code i need to change to make Vantages search fields have text in my default but then when you click into the field it removes it........You see this on many websites these days including

Classipress - http://demos.appthemes.com/?theme=classipress

^^^^ in Classipress you have 'what are you looking for?' that vanishes when you click into the search field.

I would like to achieve this in both of Vantages search fileds.......
