    Setting listing srting to Newest pushes featured at the bottom.

    The list sorting is really messed up. I am noticing that I am not able to keep the featured listings at the top when setting the list sorting to Newest in all categories. Featured should always be at the top no matter how the sorting is done.. How can this be fixed?
