    Sitemap structure and SEO

    How do you recommend to structure the Sitemap XML to optimize a directory like Vantage for SEO?

    Do you include both Categorys and Subcategorys in the Sitemap? Or is it best to only Sitemap the main Categorys and set the Subcategorys only to be index'ed?

    Do you exclude anything?

    It would be interesting to exchange some SEO-knowledge related to directory sites
