Some of tag pages are not working

Search this term on google or open this url

"Yapı ve Kredi Bankası Uşak Şubesi firmacini" after open firmacini.net website query.

After you can see 404 tag page result. Some of tag pages are not working. Otherwise look at attachment tags.jpg I can not see a web page when I click tag link.

This problem saw from some of pages. But this category has problem all of them http://www.firmacini.net/firma-adres...gory/bankalar/

I tried disables all plugins, select original theme and change pernamant links. There is no issue. Is there any idea?
