Types and Views on Custom Post Types

I am looking at Types and Views from http://wp-types.com/ as a way to get more precise control over the data in the Custom Post Types created in Vantage. Their tutorials sound so much like Vantage that I wondered if maybe this product was developed using their framework.

It seems as though I may have to export an XML list of the Listings table to get the Views structure to see it.
Is there any place in Vantage that I can export tables?

Would Vantage's custom form builder supercede the need for this?
