Vantage Categroy Option

Hello,

in vantage all you can do is create one category lets say for countries or a listing but what if you need Category for countries as well as product such as restaurant then how do you create these two separate categories and so you can list restaurant category in country categories!

every country will have her restaurants

is there a way you can do this in Vantage! Like creating two separate categories?
