Vantage CRM Integration
I am building a referral directory and would like to incorporate a few features, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
My referral directory site will have search capabilities for members and nonmembers alike. Income is generated from connecting businesses with customers rather than for individual listings. What is the best way to integrate directory listings and customer accounts to a CRM to best manage relationships between listings and accounts? Setting meeting dates, reminders for billing, etc.
Also, we will be receiving customer service calls/emails wanting us to connect customers with the best matching businesses. Is there a behind the scenes CRM that my customer service reps can utilize or would they have to go through the site as well?
