    Vantage Theme - What are the "Default" settings

    We have set any restaurant listing with a menu as 'featured' but would like ALL listings to show as the default display. So far the choices in the settings are:

    1. Default
    2. Highest Rating
    3. Most Rated
    4. Alphabetical
    5. Newest
    6. Recently Reviewed
    7. Random

    I have two questions:

    1. What is the default setting - what does that mean or do?
    2. How do we go about changing the settings to accomplish the above?
