Where is controller.php?

Hi,

I would like to redirect users after registration to their dashboard. I found a thread that explains how to do this, however there is a file called controller.php that needs to be modified.

I looked everywhere but can't find that file. Could someone point me to the right file path? The line of code that I need to amend is:
