Edit Validation for Create Listing Form

Can you point me in the right direction of where the validation is for the Create Listing form, or if it's in the Create Listing Form page, then where that file is ?

The client wants to remove validation for the website field containing the - http://www. she's finding it annoying having to re-enter that on all the website fields as she renews expired listings, when if they don't have it they still route to their websites with no issues.
