Finding Files to Change, Update or Fix

Instead of viewing source code and not finding exactly where the code is located, is there another way to find the certain PHP file to change?

I used What The File plugin and it certainly did not point me in the right direction to the specific file to change the code.

Example:

In the Pricing Plan page, the button on the right shows text for Featured and Category. This text goes down to next line and looks really bad. I wanted to shorten the text or make it longer so it looks cleaner. SEE IMAGE

I just would like to work on this theme without so many issues and it takes a very long time to find the exact file to change or modify because there is no option in the admin to do a lot of this stuff.
