Great Plugin
It works fine on my install but that buy it now button is way too big. Can you maybe include some different styles in the next update..?
Also I don't see an option to include postage costs. It might be that the purchaser does not live within a reasonable travelling distance. Posting is the next best option but i don't see an option to add and include postage in the final cost?.
