No place to enable stock inventory management at the back-end for all selected ads

I do not see an option to enable “inventory stock management” by the admin for ALL the selected ads.
ONLY the text option to type for display purpose exists. I am attaching the image of the back-end wooclassify settings.

The issue associated with this non-existence of this feature at the back-end is that the stock quantity fields do not work SOMETIMES, though the sellers check the checkbox of “enable stock management” AND enter the quantity at the front-end.
