As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Hi,

Well done on your linking classipress to woocommerce - it is really great - and works.

I have a problem I am using a Childtheme that I bought from wpRabbits http://wprabbits.com/product/cutest3...r-classipress/

Now the problem is that this theme is not responsive - so for me to make it responsive I had to buy from them a plugin called "ClassiPress Mobile Plugin � PRO" http://wprabbits.com/product/classipress-mobile-pro/

When using this plugin the site is responsive but it does not pick up your "Buy Now" button - any suggestions?

If the Mobile Plugin is not activated then your "Buy Now" button works.

As you can see the website looks great - but because this theme does not work responsive it is a big problem and the developer said that there is no plans of making it responsive - any suggestions.
