Access to forums, contact from Classipress

Hi,

I have a website that is a classipress site. Have spent hundred on getting it customised. The original developer is missing in action. No contact now for months. I want to move forward.

I need to have my membership upgraded, however have tried contacting Appthemes and have not even received a courtesy email. I would like to engage a new developer but need access to the forums. I paid for classipress, so i feel i should have access.

Would appreciate if anyone could bring this to the attention of the administrators. I would really appreciate some communication.
