    Best approach for modifications or development for Appthemes's products?

    What's the best approach to have some modifications or developments done specifically for Appthemes's products?

    If I'm interested to hire a professional to develop a feature that I need, in case of there is not a plugin available to do the job, what's the best approach?

    I've seen many sites that you can hire freelancers, but with knowledge about Appthemes's products it's difficult.

    I know two sites called "WPMU DEV" and "UPWORK" that I can publish projects and hire a professional to do the job. Is that the best way considering the particularities of Appthemes's products integrated to WordPress?
