Does the google analytics collect stats for all pages or do you have to put analytics in all pages created to get stats for all your pages?

It collects it for all pages because all pages that load contain the code.

After some further investigation, I see that all pages are now being tracked properly.

Where should you place the Google Analytics code, and which should you use (Standard, Advanced, Custom)?

Also, I'm hosting a couple of sites and while users of the second site go directly to its domain, for BlueHost organizational purposes the second site is listed as a subdomain (site2.site1.com), so would the second Analytics tracking account be set up as "a single domain" or "one domain with multiple subdomains," or does it matter?
