how can I stop my blog showing the full post fom blog home
1) How do I display a Summary post,

Currently I notice the full posting is being display.

Basically, what I want to do is make user have to click on a button, [say call] Continue....

Something like that.

The Post Would look something like that

< Title>
<body>.....[Summary] 300 letters from the Start...
.......[button]
Read post in full Click here / Continue.
</body>

When writing your blog posts, you need to use the default wordpress tag "" in between the article so that it will be displayed the way you want it.

Great question and I have actually seen plugins out there to do this (wasteful). To add to jomarkosabel, when you use that command, which can be used anywhere in the post, make sure you click the HTML tab. I'm pretty sure it wont work on the visual tab. Also, you want to test out what it shows when you use it. a lot of times, for me, if you use this command and there is an image nearby, it will not show anything accept title.

Just to be clear the 'More' button is available in the Text Editor under 'Text' section and not in the 'Visual' section. Just click this button wherever you need and this will do the trick and will display 'Continue Reading' link in your blog page.

I learned this in a hard way...
