Multisite Network (can I manage ALL functions from one place?)

I am wanting to know if I use multisite for multiple installs of classipress, can I make all of the settings the same from one place. For instance: If I have 3 sites all running classipress and I want them all to have the same categories, color scheme etc. can I make changes from one place and they will cascade to the other sites? Or do I have to add the categories, color scheme etc. from each individual site?
    Thanks for your help!

Out of the box, no, multisite does not have that function but there are plugins that you can get to help automate this. Like this; http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/batch-create/ or perhaps this; http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/new-blog-template/

    Cheers!
