    I do not delete users ID myself so I'm afraid this is no the cause.
    Maybe you can use the "recovery password" system… or you can send me your original invoice or PayPal transaction ID (look at your PayPal account) and I'll fix the rest for you ASAP.

    You could atleast warrant the coupon considering the it was only a day.
    Only reason I purchases the premium plugin is because it seems you give it higher priority over the standard plugin.

    c'mon sehn, what is his fault? Ruben decided to start an action. How should he handle the persons that bought something 1 day before? And if he gives you now a discount, the people from 2 days before will come and say the same thing.

    It's just bad luck that it hit you. Normaly things like this only happen to me, but then i say: **** happens

    Rubencio I bought this plugin (Premium version) last week and I must say it's terrible... seriously this plugin works like s**t. This plugin has 0 documentation, when you open custom fields list it's outside the screen (drop down list of custom fields), also there is a horizontal slider on this drop down list (still can't understand why if all names of custom fields are short)... I can tell more bad facts about this plugin, but it's not worth even few minutes of my time as it's also not worth those 20$. If you sale product for bunch of people you should make it work properly and you should give it a normal documentation. Anyway this plugin is one big fail.

    Hi Darius,

    I'm sorry you don't like the plugin. Only two notes:

    1) About the no-documentation: Please, check the doc folder inside the plugin directory. Also, watch the screencasts at the store if don't like to read.
    2) The problem in the backend dropdown to configure custom fields only happens with firefox. we'll try to fix in the next release.
