    Contact Form

    Here is a contact form that works great.

    Very easy installation, requires a plugin for captcha, but no big deal - works perfectly!

    I'm not associated with the plugin, just found it a few weeks ago and installed it on one of my sites. Love the professional appearance of it.

    There's also cforms which can be a bit overkill for some users.

    I used the contact 7 plugin as well. It works great and it's easy to set up.
