CSV 2 Post
I posted about this in some other threads, but this plugin is awesome!
What it does is basically what it says. It takes a datafeed from a csv file and makes posts from it...based on your template.
It allows you to just match up your columns with your fields in your post, including custom fields so you don't have to adjust your template. And if you name the columns correctly, it will even match them automatically. If you don't need a column, you can tell the plugin to exclude it. Then it lets you tell what category to put the post in based off the data in one of the columns, it it will automatically create categories from the data if you want it to.
Very easy to use, and works perfectly for what most of us want to do. A great way to monetize your free site with affiliate datafeeds.
Make sure you tell him you're using ClassiPress when you buy or reg on the forum because I'm sure the more of us use it, the more he'll work with us.
