KT Ajax more will add the ability to preview the content of the ad directly , you can see some screenshots and get the plugin from here .

Tested on CLassipress 3.1.9 , please note that if you get a message "Access Denied. Your site administrator has blocked your access to the WordPress back-office when not logged in then you need to go to classipress->settings->security , and set back office access to disable" , or your unregistered visitor will get this same error .
