There's something wrong there!

In the file header.php the version 3.1.8 the title tag is the same as recommended by Yoast.

The correct way is: <title><?php wp_title(''); ?></title>

Hi.
Been using Yoast for a few sites however it has just updated and my site is now down. This error appears..

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '{' in /home/getatrad/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/frontend/class-frontend.php on line 510

If i deactiviate it, it comes back up...!! Any ideas???

@skypupster,

Do you have access to the Wordpress admin? If you have access, disable all plugis and then re-enable only the WordPress SEO and check if the error still occurs.

Been using Yoast for ages. I just don't think that google is returning ad descriptions as best as it could. Would anyone mind comparing some of my Yoast settings it have a look and give me a hint if it could better? Cheers!

Can anyone take a few minutes to compare the settings please. My site used to return great google results when searching for items and including towns. Now it doesn't.

Well... All we get is each other. Better hang in there perhaps some experience user will share his/her advice. Don't expect too much from the staff though.

I'm using almost the same setup and my results are satisfactory. There are several factors that influence the ranking of Google and the main factor is to have a relevant and quality content.
