I use zopim too and it is incredibly good... not only to increase the sales via chat but mixed with Analytics it is the perfect way to handle "some" SEO improvements.

Yeah, it's great. There's nothing like engaging a visitor while they are on the site in real-time. I also like that you can actually monitor in real-time what page the viewer is on so you have a feel what they are doing. As far as I know, this is the only what to monitor your site at the same time the viewers are surfing to see what they are doing.

Yes, indeed. Of course there's a link there and of course, I'm an affiliate of their site. I don't make any excuses about that. They have a free version, which is what I use and there's absolutely NO requirement that anyone buy anything to use the version that I use....the FREE version. If someone decides that they want to upgrade to a paid version, it's a good thing that I get a small credit for spreading the word.
