I'm afraid actually there is no way since you'll require to handle the site with various PayPal accounts (the one for every poster) and this is pretty hard to achieve on WordPress environment.
If you just need a way to collect the payments via the administrator (only one PayPal account on your site to handle payments) and then making final payment to posters once per week or monthly, I think there are threads on the forum to achieve this (not sure at all). Making a search will maybe point you in the right direction... it is like a
shopping cart on ClassiPress
