For some reason, I cannot send you PM - but if you mean "as-is" - $99 (which includes continual updates with classipress versions).

I have yet to update it with latest 3.1.5, but that is close on complete now.

I actually did my own proximity search a while back, as got sick of waiting for classipress - and I have to say it's more accurate as I coded better location coordinate generation Proximity searching is useful if searching for locations of storage providers - for example.
