ClassiPress customatization - new featured ad options

Hello,
I am intersted in customatisation on the ClassiPress.
The customatsation itself is very simple.
I want that visitor or advertiser can put his add always at first position in subcategory so this add will not fall down as new ads from other vistiors are coming
and that advertiser can "mark" his add, like in yeloow canvas for example or fonts in bold so that his add will be separated from other free ads but it would be falling normaly as new ads are coming.
So, thats 2 new payment options for advertiser.
Can it be done and what would be the price?
