Custom Classipress made as jobsite wanted

Im looking for someone who can custimise Classipress to be a jobboard, since jobroller is missing alot of features that is wanted.

The theme I want is based on http://www.yazu.be (not my site, but nice layout/design) with some customising.

I have scetches of what how I think I would like to have it, and will share it with coders/designers, but will not post them here
