Custom Search Inquiry (Price Quote)

Hi, I am seeking a developer who who can create and implement a search that will layout and function like the site below.

I would like my Search to have 2 drop-down menu's that read Select a City and a Select a Category. They should allow me to populate them from the admin console as needed, add, remove. The functionality will be such that once a city and category has been selected, a search could be conducted that would list only the ads that meet the specific criteria.

Example: User selects the city of Austin and the category Sporting Goods, the search would then display all ads in the Sporting Goods category located in the city of Austin only.

Select a City and Select a Category drop-down menu's are to be located in between the logo and the menu.

I really need this for my site as well. Could anyone show us how to create such a search function? Maybe some codes? Thanks a lot.

I might be able to help you guys out. There have been new tutorial treks on getting categories and other WP fields to sort in search, and I have gotten better at them (although combining cats and taxonomies is very rough ). PM me if interested in my services.
