Events manager plugin integration - paid

I need someone to integrate my events manager pro plugin into classipress so users can post events. Event posts will expire that date after final event. The forms for advertisers will be subcategory-specific.

I also need international area selection. It will be a google map that users can zoom in to select the range (area of earth) to search. Each post will have an image icon (map marker) so users can click the ad on the map if they want.

Event ads will be paid for per day. In fact I would love the option to charge 20c per day and the advertiser selects the amount of days. Then there would be discounts for extended periods - buy in bulk and save.

I also need calendar integration, both for advertiser event selection and user view. I'll attach a mock-up place an ad form so you can see what I mean.
(The place an ad form should show live google map when selecting address, live image uploads and live video links as they are added.)

I also need a seat gridding layout program that is ultra simple for people to use and looks modern with animations built in, so advertisers can set up theatre seating layouts and sell seat tickets using event manager pro's booking system. Or if a good one (plugin or link) already exists, please let me know where it is.
