Featured Ads First

I would like to change how the ads are displayed on my classified ads. I am running classipress 3.1.7.

- On the main page I would like all featured ads to show first followed by regular ads (with pagination). I do not want the tabs thing with newest, popular, etc, and have already removed this.

- On the category pages have all featured ads in a specific category show first followed by regular ads from that category (with pagination).

- Finally have all featured ads in a search to show first in the search results (with pagination). (I could live without this one)

I have made some minor changes already using a child theme and would like if possible to have the above worked into the child theme. I should also mention that I researched this quite extensively trying to find a solution I could implement and it doesn't seem as straight forward as one would think!

Anyone interested in taking this on and giving me a rough estimate?

that project is not supported for now it was a testing domain it has classipress 3.0.5 and I forgot what plugins I used on it but in a few weeks I'll update it thanks for the heads up!

to make this changes I made some adjustments to "loop-ad_listing.php" I created 2 while loops that are using the same database query one for sticky and one for normal posts and this is how the new "loop-ad_listing.php" looks now:
