Cool Great person the customize your Jobroller

I have been working with a guy in the states I found on Odesk. I cannot begin to explain how happy I am with his service other than saying he was able to put my thoughts almost exactly on my site; and that isn't easy.

My site is about 80% done, with most of the work needed to be done on the blog.

TherapyWork.net now looks the way i want it.

His name is James Dobry with FG Designs. You can find him on Odesk HERE, or his email is sales@fgdesigns.net

I don't normally express such a "man-crush" on work done, but he was cost effective, took in every idea I had, was never difficult to work with, was incredibly patient, open to changes in ideas. He is just a great guy to work with.

I know a lot of folks here are on some sort of a budget. I am pretty sure he will be able to make the budget work for you. He is based out of Chicago, IL.

Maybe when my site is done, i might have a chance to put it up on the showcase

James if you ever read this, thanks bud.

PS- If you do ever get work from him done, tell him you saw my post, I told him I would spread his name around a bit.

well to be honest, he is not that good as far as i can see. Lineheight, nav and css is pretty poor to be honest with you. I think you got the job done cheap which is not a bad thing though, but quality..... it is not

Where were you when I asked folks to critique my site? Please elaborate on the poor quality.

Good to know there are developers/designers making some very good jobs over there... Best luck in your project!

    I guess i missed it.

I will give you some pointers:
    - Your gradients are to "hard". This could be more subtle
    - Your nav items break on hover (submit and login/register are cut off)
    - I do not like the hover on the submit resume button (that is just taste), i would make it more subtle
    - Logo is hard to read and choppy
    - your headings are not aligned well
    - Lineheight and spacing on the loginpage doesnt look to good.
    - the overall colorscheme could work well, but not in this current setup (just my opinion)

These are just some pointer that i found when quickly clicking through your site. It looks like your developer is more of a coder then a designer.

    Hi Luukratief,
Could you critique my site for me as I have done all this myself and not sure where to go from here.
