"I need help with wp-login.php page so it displays both forms, the login and registration form, with a clear separation and description of each. Also, do any changes here get affected by updates?
Currently the page calls for which ever form based on respective action, can someone please provide specific instructions on either how to amend the php script or is their an app I can download that allows more control over this page."

I would like to offer only 2 payment options on 1 page.
1 ad listing for $1.99 (Geared to the general public)
or a 30 day subscription for unlimited ads for $9.99 (With autopayments. Which I think I can set up through pay-pal). This is important to my business plan success. I will be marketing car dealerships, art galleries, hobby shops, etc...

I feel like this is only 2 pages that need to be slightly modified.

I have no codework knowledge... I have worked night and day on this for a week straight. (My wife is hating me).

Can you help me with this? If you would do the mods... What would you charge?
I sincerely appreciate any direction.
