JobRoller: Modifications to the Submit Job template, Admin UI and new homepage

I'm looking for someone familiar with theme modifications to do the following:

1. Make modification to the JobRoller Submit forms, might need to include one or two additional fields
2. Change all references to 'Jobs' to read 'Scholarships' in the Admin dashboard UI and elsewhere
3. Design a new homepage similar to indeed.com or as neat and simple as google UI.

I'm setting up a multi-network wordpress sites and the following modifications, if successfully made to one site, will be duplicated to the other sites with minimal modifications.
