Looking to spruce up my blog

Hey there every one, I am new to wordpress and this whole blog thing. I am looking for some one to help me add a few things to my blog and spruce it up a bit. I feel like what I have is a bit bland. If any one is available please message me or just reply here. I would like to get somethings done asap.
