To add something to the ads, you may just create new custom fields and add them to the form layouts.

Adding Yahoo and Skype Status to Ads

What I need is a way to have an advertiser's Skype and Yahoo status (online/offline) appear in the ad along with the other relevant details such as location. Sure I can create a custom field and they can include their Skype or Yahoo ID, but that does not show their status. The code to do this is something like:
