In need of advice if there is a pluggin available

Hi guys,

im on the look for a pluggin and would like to know if one exists.
i would like to know if i can place my own big advert in the space below categorys, weather it be a picture or swf file, html etc.
I have attached picture of were i would like it to appear, but generally dont know if there is some mod or what it would be called any help would be greatly appreciated.
