Need to make the following changes

I would like to use the "fields" value in the form and write it into the "title" of the post. This requirement will be unique to each category. Simply said, i need a custom "title" for each category.
2/
Remove the title field in the submit form since the above mod will create the title for the ad.
3/
Need a field in the admin panel to control the days for types of ads. If the days to expire for free ad is 14 days, i would like to increase it to 30 days for paid ads. And featured ads to 60 days. The exact days for the ad is not fixed yet. Therefore i need a field to control them.
4/
Email management. How can i communicate with registered user?
5/
How to chance the current layout so that is more unique?
I am willing to pay if the current theme cannot be modified to suit my needs.
