1. What seo plugin are your using then as there may be some user shared tips on how to set it up.
2. You can do the usual way of promoting a site such as through social networking and article marketing. Create a facebook page and twitter account and gather as much likes and followers. You can also do offline promotion by publishing a press release on your local daily and network with recruitment companies for greater exposure and site brand recognition.
