Seeking CSS Modification

Hi,

When viewing my site with a laptop you will see that the far left and far right BLUE columns stop at the Post a Job area. I would like to have the BLUE color continue up to
the orange horizontal line without changing any of the other color settings.

Please PM if you can assist and let me know how much it will cost.

If I understand what you intend to accomplish, I think this can be implemented with just three lines of code in the css.
