Several Custom Mods Needed For Classipress 2.9.2
We have a successful website built on the Classipress
WP theme, Ver 2.9.2. The theme is HIGHLY modified, and there are hundreds of paying customers. We need an EXPERT level coder who is familiar with Classipress to make some additional modifications to my existing website. We can't take a chance that someone does modifications that cause other problems for the site. We also need someone who is fluent in English.
Here are the mods we need done:
1) The sign up form needs to be a static page rather than javascript since the java form is causing problems for some people.
2) We need to add a field for promo codes to the sign up form. There should be a page added to the back-end management section where we can add special promotions (discount prices). The price should automatically change to reflect the promo if the customer adds a promo cod.
3) We are having trouble with the feed for the site, and we need someone to troubleshoot and fix the feed. At the moment, the feed is showing with older posts on top, but we want the newer posts to show first. We've checked the plugins, and it doesn't seem to be fixed when plugins are disabled.
4) Make the Paypal sign up page more integrated into the site, so they return to my site after paying (although we still want to manually approve listings so we can help with
SEO). The PayPal page should reflect the updated price if they use a promo code, and it should have the website's logo on the upper left.
Again, keep in mind the website is live and completely functional right now. We need someone to make the modifications set out above but not change ANY of the site's existing functionality. This job is for an expert with Classipress experience.
