I just wasted 10 dollar on this plugin of yours and it don't work and You can not fix it too. What a waste of time and money spend on this plugin and talking to support.

Over 50+ users using this without any issue . Our Customer service last reply -

"The plugin uses a php library "curl". This "curl" library is available in almost every hosting. But surprisingly your hosting doesn't support that. So we can't help with this issue. Please ask your hosting provider to install the library. "

So, it seems like problem is your side. nothing we can do at this point. Before talk/blame on others first look at your self first. Thanks.

"This "Social connect" plugin is not made by us. We tweaked that for classipress so that it works perfectly. Our other customers are using this without any error. look at the last sentence please, "Then It'll work I guess" , Thats funny, first guess from your support about why the plugin is not working was that servers safe mode was on or off, second guess was a plugin conflict, third guess is the curl library, no thanks i will not continue on guessing what the problem is.
Any way, you too suppose without knowing for sure that my hosting does,t support "curl" library or it is not installed on the server, but sir you are wrong again and guessing your way through this, because my hosting support curl and it is installed on the server.

Hi,
The bottom line for this issue is that when I buy something like a plugin, I expect it to work out of the box like any other plugin for wordpress. This was not the case with me and thats why I react like I did.
You at your side have to remember that maybe the customer buying the product is not a programmer like yourself and thats why he buys your products.
Now for the final statement from me which is that I lost my money on something I can not use because you have no refund for digital products. well, thats life, I have to take it easy on the buy bottom next time I find something interesting .

Update.

Anyway what is done is done and I tested another free plugin for Facebook connect "WP-FB-AutoConnect" and it worked as charm, no problem at all.
now to the strange thing that happened with social connect "YOUR PLUGIN" is that Facebook connect worked their as well when "WP-FB-AutoConnect" installed and activated , strange thing, I know, but only Facebook connect worked with your plugin, google,yahoo,twitter have still the same problem/error so I deactivated them.
Now I will see which one to use and which one to delete.
Hope this discussion was good for other users as It was for me.

By the way ahikmahin Your support is good, but please keep in mind that not every webmaster/customer is a programmer.

Just want to make a correction that - " ITS NOT OUR'S(melbweb) Plugin" mate which We mentioned everywhere . We tweaked that for classipress.

how to disable registration, i ment, the coustomers can directly put an add without have to register or login and what are disadvantage with out this option.
